An English Honours graduate from Miranda House, University of Delhi, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Times School of Marketing, New Delhi, Swati began her professional journey in 2001 with the Times of India Group. Her early years in sales and marketing shaped a strong foundation in communication, human insight, and relationship-building. By 2005, she transitioned into freelance content creation, where her passion for storytelling deepened. Over time, her work evolved to integrate narrative therapy principles—using storytelling not only as a creative tool but also as a means of understanding human behaviour and crafting emotionally resonant sales scripts that connect authentically with audiences.
Today, she brings together a diverse portfolio of roles, including certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychic Powers Practitioner, Breathwork Consultant, storyteller, and published children’s author. She designs and facilitates workshops on Inner Child Healing, Creative Writing, Storytelling, Spoken English, Public Speaking, Body Language, and Mindfulness. Her approach is rooted in creating safe, empathetic spaces where individuals can explore personal narratives, build confidence, and communicate with clarity. Her application of narrative therapy techniques extends into both personal development and professional communication, including sales scripting that leverages story arcs, emotional cues, and audience psychology.
Her content work spans collaborations with leading organisations such as Hindustan Times, National Book Trust, Amar Chitra Katha, and Magic Bus. Across writing, speaking, and therapeutic practice, her work is unified by a deep respect for the human story and its transformative potential. She combines creative storytelling with an understanding of the mind’s intuitive processes, encouraging individuals and audiences alike to access quieter, more reflective mental states where clarity, insight, and authentic expression naturally emerge.
