you can book in for a masterclass by clicking on the booking link
complete booking payment at link - once successful you will be forwarded to payment confirmation page

connect to coach
receipt will be sent to your email immediately upon payment
simply copy the receipt number (-you can find it here) and enter it on the coach contact form on payment confirmation page
4
start your class
congratulations - you are now ready to connect with your coach
remember - all classes are live, not recorded!
your trainer will be in touch with you within 24 hrs (usually much sooner)
you can connect directly to your coach via whatsapp or email to organise a time to connect and start your masterclass
*please note, balance payment is to be made to coach directly prior to class
with just $10* initial booking deposit you can directly connect to your coach and organise to start your masterclass

Can I enroll in a masterclass without a membership?
If you enroll without a membership, your membership will be automatically issued - membership details will be sent to your nominated email address. We recommend obtaining a membership beforehand - it allows us to serve you better, and its free to join!
Can I cancel a masterclass and get a refund if I change my mind?
The masterclass payment takes place in two parts - first, the initial booking deposit to book your coach. This initial booking deposit is refundable for as long as you havent started your masterclass with your coach yet - simply contact us by email to organise this. The next installment which is the amount to be paid to the coach prior to start of the class - can be cancelled directly with your coach before starting your class - we suggest cancelling prior to payment to the coach. Once you have completed your class the refund request would be handled by the coach as per their refund policy - we recommend discussing their refund policy prior to starting your class with your coach
Can I pay in installments?
Yes - your payment is made in two installments - first is the booking deposit fee, and then once you are in direct contact with your coach the remaining deposit payment is to be paid directly to them.
How credible is Quest Masterclass?
Our platform includes programs and modalities that are globally renowned and hosted on other well known platforms such as Mindvalley, Udemy, Huberman Labs etc - and have been the subject of docu series hosted through channels such as Tubi, Gaia and Amazon Prime. Courses are based on well founded research and psychology - be it NLP, MSBR, NSDR etc. These are scientifically backed and effective and provide proven results
Do you have free classes and events?
While all our classes require a booking fee, the amount is nominal. We do hold special offers from time to time so you can avail of discounted and free programs directly with your trainer by presenting a voucher - these are sent directly to your email and whatsapp from time to time. In addition, many group masterminds and post class support meetups are free of cost.
