Meet Arya Aakash
Arya is a Hyderabad based coach, who has pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.A. in English Literature, and M.B.A. in Human Resources. He possesses over 26-plus years of experience in ‘Customer Service Operations’ and ‘Training and Development’. He commenced his career in customer service and has been dedicated to training for the past 18-plus years. His expertise in training (Business English, Soft Skills, and English Test Prep) caters to the needs of individuals seeking employment. It also nurtures leaders to overcome challenges and perform at their best.
He began his career as a customer service representative and ascended to the position of customer service branch head within two years, a feat never before achieved at Eureka Forbes Ltd. He then went on to serve as the service head at Ion Exchange India Pvt. Ltd. for two years, during which he trained and managed his team to win the Best Customer Service Center award twice. Post that, he worked for GECFS until it became GEMS, serving as a process associate for two years. During this time, he maintained the team's performance record.
Over the past 18-plus years, Arya has been involved in training individuals at all levels, ranging from those in need of managerial skills, business English, customer service mindset, soft skills, and selling skills, to personal effectiveness. In every session of his, he induces the power of mind concept.
Arya’s journey into mind training began in 2007 when he felt guided to explore the power of the mind. At 27, training senior educators, he was eager to learn from them. During a session on Effective Presentation, he discovered the different states of mind and the power of the subconscious, sparking his deep research and realized that a healthy lifestyle strengthens the brain. To help his students apply subconscious mind techniqueshe explored NLP, Hypnosis, and the SILVA Method, deepening his understanding of mind programming. He recently embraced yoga and healthy eating in addition to all his other pursuits, keeping him fit and youthful at 50.
